India Has An Efficient System To Provide Tsunami Warnings: Official

India has introduced an effective system to provide tsunami warnings after the disaster struck the country in 2004, a senior government official said.
Excluding the lack of tsunami warning system in the country, Secretary Ministry of Earth Sciences Secretary Shailesh Naik said the Indian National Centre for Ocean Information Services (INCOIS) is a world-class tsunami warning system.
